Le Mimose

The apartment is located inside the “Le Mimose” Residence, one of the few in all of Moniga del Garda to have such a large outdoor green space. Equipped with a large patio of over 20s qm where it is possible to spend a large part of the holiday outside, the Arybell apartment is divided into 3 levels. At the entrance there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, a TV and a table made of ceramic with Mediterranean decorations. On the same floor there is a practical bathroom with sanitary fixtures and sink next to a small area used as a “service room” which includes washing machine, changing table and ironing station.

On the upper floor there is the sleeping area. The master bedroom has a wonderful lake view, amplified by the French window with a single window which once opened from the small balcony from which, even in this case, much thought was given to the details. The bed made of birch wood in light shades, has a Queen size mattress signed Dorelan, reading lights on the bedside table, USB socket for charging any device, and an innovative system of courtesy lights below it that are activated with a simple gesture whenever you wish. In the room there is also a comfortable wardrobe and a 40 “Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix service completely at the disposal of the guests.

The second bedroom is designed mainly for younger guests, with a wonderful wooden bunk bed made of silver fir and a second wardrobe suitable for children.The two mattresses have a generous size (90x 200cm) which allows rest even for adults.This room has a ceiling window that can be intentionally opened only partially. the two bedrooms have the main bathroom, equipped with a large shower with multi-function panel, wooden cabinet with external sink and suspended toilet with electronic bidet.

The last room is on floor -1, and is a beautiful room inside which you will find a large sofa where you can watch your favorite movies or series thanks to the large 50-inch Ultra HD TV connected to the internet and with Netflix included. To relax with the whole family, play with the favorite console already present, or have fun with your children with the many games present.

All the floors of the apartment are air-conditioned, it is possible to manage the temperature separately and each air conditioner has the function of both cold and heat. The patio is equipped with an outdoor tent, a garden table with 4 high-backed chairs, and a beautiful suspended chair on which to let yourself swing gently. You can dine with your friends outdoors, while the children play safely as this area is closed along the perimeter and has a closing gate.
